RENTAL AGREEMENT

This form must be completed and signed, along with the Reservation Confirmation
Your deposit (by certified cheque) must be made out to Nancy MacDonald.
- Tenants agree to vacate the premises at or before checkout time.
- Person signing rental agreement must be present as part of the group
- Tenants agree to supply own bedding, towels, expendables, and personal items
- Tenant agrees to leave premises clean and in good order
- Tenant agrees to maintain quiet after 11:00p.m., and further agrees to abide by all posted rules by vendor as well as federal, provincial, and municipal laws and by-laws
- Tenant agrees that the vendor or her heirs will not be held responsible for accidents causing personal injury, death or loses, or damage to personal property while occupying or in the process of occupying the premises
- The vendor will be forever free of monetary claims and lawsuits for any reason
- Vendor will not be responsible for items left at the premises upon checking out
- Vendor warrants that except in cases of emergency no one will be authorized to enter the premises without knowledge and permission of the tenant
- Use of cottages and facilities is restricted to registered guests only, no visitors and overnight guests permitted
- NO pets are allowed in cottages or on premises
- ALL Cottages are NON-Smoking
- The vendor may terminate this contract at any time for breach of conditions here in with no refund of deposit, damage deposit and/or rental fee (including taxes).
- Refunds for summer weeks will be given if we are notified of cancellation by June 1st. $25.00 will be retained for processing fees.
After June 1st, refunds will only be given if we are able to rent out the cottage for the week of the cancellation.
